VeriSilicon released its half-year report on the evening of August 17. In the first half of 2026, it achieved operating revenue of 1.864 billion yuan, up 91.37 percent year on year, but posted a loss of 612 million yuan, already exceeding the 528 million yuan loss for all of last year. The company's operating cash flow turned sharply positive in the first half, with net cash flow from operating activities of 626 million yuan, compared with negative 365 million yuan in the same period last year. As of the end of June 2026, VeriSilicon's orders on hand reached 12.449 billion yuan, a sharp increase of 142.52 percent from 5.133 billion yuan at the end of the first quarter. Of this, orders for mass production services exceeded 10 billion yuan, and more than 83 percent were orders in the data processing application field, mainly from AI ASICs. The company expects adjusted EBITDA to turn positive in the second half of 2026, and adjusted net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company to turn positive for the full year in 2027. On August 17, VeriSilicon's share price closed at 226.3 yuan, surging 9.18 percent, with a latest market value of 119 billion yuan.
