Via Transportation, Inc.Lawsuit alleges IPO disclosures omitted regulatory hurdles in Germany preventing full platform sales.

Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC reminds investors that a securities class action lawsuit has been filed against Via Transportation, Inc. over its September 2025 initial public offering. The complaint alleges that the offering documents contained materially misleading statements and omitted that the company was adding customers faster than they generated revenue, causing a decline in annual recurring revenue per customer for the first time in eight quarters, and that regulatory hurdles in Germany prevented Via from selling its full platform. Via's shares have fallen nearly 70% from the offering price, trading as low as $14.52. Investors who purchased shares in or traceable to the IPO have until August 10, 2026 to file lead plaintiff applications in the case pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
