Via Transportation, Inc.IPO disclosures allegedly misleading, causing 70% stock decline and securities class action.

Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC reminds investors that a securities class action lawsuit has been filed against Via Transportation, Inc. over its September 2025 initial public offering. The complaint alleges that the offering documents contained materially misleading statements and omitted that the company was adding customers faster than they generated revenue, causing a decline in annual recurring revenue per customer for the first time in eight quarters, and that Germany was in a regulatory transition preventing Via from selling its entire platform. Via’s shares later traded as low as $14.52, a decline of nearly 70% from the offering price. Investors who purchased shares pursuant to or traceable to the IPO have until August 10, 2026 to file lead plaintiff applications in the case pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
