VINCI has won several multi-year road service contracts in Greater London with a total value of nearly €70 million per year. Its subsidiary FM Conway secured an infrastructure service contract from Westminster City Council covering design, construction, inspection and maintenance of public road infrastructure, worth £52 million each year, or around €60 million, for an initial eight and a half years with a possible four-year extension. The London borough of Bromley also awarded FM Conway two contracts for road maintenance and planned and emergency works, worth around £7 million each year, equating to approximately €8 million per year in total, for an initial six years with a possible four-year extension. FM Conway was acquired by VINCI Construction in early 2025 to strengthen its local presence and expertise in the UK road works market.
