Visa Inc. Class AVisa expands its AI cybersecurity portfolio with new advisory services and enhanced VVAH framework, strengthening its product offerings.

Visa has announced enhancements to its cybersecurity portfolio, including the next evolution of its open-source Visa Vulnerability Agentic Harness (VVAH) framework and new advisory services from Visa Consulting & Analytics, to help organizations identify and fix vulnerabilities more effectively. The updated VVAH framework, which was originally released following Visa's participation in Anthropic's Project Glasswing, now extends beyond discovery into remediation and validation, with features such as closed-loop remediation, flexible model choice supporting Anthropic and OpenAI models, and optional real-time progress views. Visa Consulting & Analytics is introducing three new cybersecurity advisory services: AI Cyber Leadership Education, VVAH-Informed Cybersecurity Maturity Assessment, and VVAH Cyber Risk Prioritisation and Roadmap. Prateek Sanghi, Head of Visa Consulting & Analytics, Asia Pacific, emphasized the shift from focusing on the number of vulnerabilities identified to reducing Mean Time to Adapt, as AI accelerates both the scale of threats and the speed of exploitation. Since its open-source release in June 2026, VVAH has been downloaded by tens of thousands of developers, and Visa has joined initiatives such as NVIDIA's Open Secure AI Alliance and IBM and Red Hat's Project Lightwell to further secure open-source software.
