Visteon is targeting $6 billion in new business bookings for the full year 2026 while announcing a $200 million accelerated share repurchase program. President and CEO Sachin Lawande said the company secured $2 billion of new business awards in the second quarter, bringing first-half bookings to $3 billion and keeping it on track for the full-year target. CFO Jerome Rouquet reported second-quarter sales of $960 million, down 1% from the prior year, with adjusted EBITDA of $116 million representing a 12.1% margin, and adjusted free cash flow of $20 million. The company reaffirmed its full-year guidance, with sales trending toward the high end of the $3.625 billion to $3.825 billion range at approximately $3.8 billion, adjusted EBITDA around $475 million, and adjusted free cash flow trending toward the low end at $170 million. Management also highlighted the launch of 24 new products across 11 automakers and the expansion of its SmartCore high-performance compute business with another premium brand under Geely Group.
