Vox Royalty Australia, a subsidiary of Vox Royalty, has signed a binding agreement to acquire a 2% net smelter return royalty over the White Dam gold mine in South Australia for a total upfront cash consideration of $3.57 million (A$5 million) from an unnamed Australian mining company. The White Dam project, operated by Broken Hill Gold, an Australian-listed company formerly known as PacGold, recommissioned its heap leach operation and produced first gold in April 2026. The operator is targeting annual gold production of 15,000 to 20,000 ounces, and the royalty covers approximately 400 square kilometres of granted mining and exploration tenure in the Curnamona Province, applying to both gold and copper. The royalty is uncapped, not subject to buyback or reduction, and extends for the full duration of the tenements. Completion is expected within five business days after all conditions are satisfied or waived.
