Voyager Technologies, Inc.Voyager is the acquirer, expanding its lunar capabilities and NASA contracts

Voyager Technologies is acquiring space startup Astrobotic for up to $300 million, adding lunar landers and power systems to its portfolio as it expands from low-Earth orbit to the moon. Astrobotic is known for its Peregrine and Griffin landers, with the larger Griffin set to carry a rover to the moon's south pole in late 2026 under a NASA contract originally worth $323 million. The deal could give Voyager a position in NASA's moon-base initiative and a chance to reclaim the $610 million VIPER lander contract after Blue Origin's recent rocket failure. Voyager already leads a consortium building the Starlab space station and recently invested in expandable habitat technology.
