Voyager Technologies reported record second-quarter 2026 revenue of $52.7 million, a 15.5% increase from the prior year, and raised its full-year revenue guidance to between $275 million and $305 million. Bookings more than doubled to $113 million, driving a book-to-bill ratio of 2.1 times and expanding backlog to $335.5 million. The company posted a net loss of $46.5 million, or 79 cents per share, compared with a loss of $31.4 million, or $1.23 per share, a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA was negative $37.5 million. Voyager ended the quarter with $373.4 million in cash and total liquidity of $585.5 million. The stock closed Monday at $28.01, up 14.19%, and rose further to $32.02 in overnight trading.
