Vulcan Value Partners increased its stake in SAP SE during the second quarter of 2026, citing strong first-quarter results and a significantly discounted share price. The investment firm highlighted that SAP's total revenue rose 12 percent and EBIT climbed 16 percent, while cloud revenue grew 27 percent and the cloud backlog expanded 25 percent. SAP also repurchased 2.6 billion euros of stock in the quarter and maintained its full-year guidance. Vulcan Value Partners views the company's deeply undervalued shares as an excellent opportunity for patient investors.
