Cerebras Systems Inc. Class A Common StockWall Street analysts expect 47% upside from IPO price, based on strong revenue growth and technological edge.

Wall Street analysts expect shares of Cerebras Systems, which completed the year's biggest IPO as of May raising more than $5.5 billion, to jump 47% over the next 12 months from their July 15 trading level. The company designs a wafer-scale engine chip that is 58 times the size of an Nvidia B200 GPU and has more than 2,000 times the memory bandwidth of an Nvidia package, enabling inference up to 15 times faster than leading GPUs. Revenue climbed 92% in the latest quarter to more than $193 million, though the company remains unprofitable and relies on a limited number of customers, a risk highlighted in its prospectus. Aggressive investors may consider the stock for long-term AI growth, while cautious investors might favor established players like Nvidia or Advanced Micro Devices.
