Walmart International reported an 18% year-over-year increase in net sales to $35.1 billion in the first quarter of fiscal 2027, driven by higher transaction counts and unit volumes across all categories. Excluding currency impacts, net sales rose 10.1% to $32.8 billion. E-commerce sales climbed 27%, with digital penetration reaching roughly 29% of International net sales on a constant-currency basis, up about 340 basis points from the prior year. China benefited from strong festive demand including double-digit growth during the Lunar New Year period, while Flipkart continued to contribute meaningfully to segment growth. Walmart International delivered approximately 65% of total e-commerce units through same-day or next-day service, with about half of those orders reaching customers in less than one hour.
