Wedbush has reiterated its bullish stance on technology stocks after Micron Technology delivered a blowout quarter. Analyst Dan Ives said the memory and chip trade remains intact and in early stages, with the artificial intelligence boom only in its third inning. Micron reported third-quarter revenue of $41.5 billion, up 74% on the prior quarter and well ahead of the $35.9 billion expected, while earnings per share of $25.11 more than doubled the previous quarter and beat the $20.86 consensus. The broker highlighted that demand for Micron's NAND and DRAM memory chips continues to significantly exceed supply, and the company signed 16 strategic customer agreements, 14 of which carry cumulative revenue of at least $100 billion over their terms. Micron guided for fourth-quarter revenue of $50 billion, above the $43.6 billion consensus, and expects tight supply conditions to persist beyond its 2027 financial year. Wedbush rates Micron at outperform with a price target of $1,300.
