Weibo CorpQ2 ad revenue fell 1% and operating margin dropped to 28% from 36%, with Q3 ad growth pressured by high base and lower World Cup contributions.
Weibo reported second-quarter 2026 total net revenues of 453.8 million dollars, up 2 percent year over year, while advertising and marketing revenues fell 1 percent to 381 million dollars. Value-added services revenue jumped 19 percent to 72.9 million dollars, and non-GAAP operating income was 125.4 million dollars, representing a 28 percent operating margin compared with 36 percent a year earlier. Net income attributable to Weibo was 102.7 million dollars, with diluted earnings per share of 0.38 dollars. Monthly active users reached 561 million in June 2026, while daily active users were 254 million, a slight year-over-year decline that management attributed to channel budget rationalization and low-frequency user adaptation to feed changes. The company cautioned that third-quarter advertising revenue growth faces pressure from a high base due to last year's food delivery price war and lower World Cup ad contributions.
