Zhejiang Reclaim Construction Group Co LtdIts consortium's Luoping smart agriculture EPC contract was cut from 653.9 million yuan to 300 million yuan due to land transfer issues, reducing the order value.

Weihai Shares announced on September 10 that its consortium with China Southwest Geotechnical Investigation & Design Institute, which previously won the third bid section of the smart agriculture project general contracting in Luoping County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province, recently signed a supplementary agreement with the project owner Zhongliantou Qujing Smart Agriculture Development due to adjustments in actual land use indicators caused by government land transfer issues. Under the supplementary agreement, the signed contract price is adjusted from 653.9 million yuan to 300 million yuan. The project covers about 150 mu of land with a building area of approximately 78,000 square meters, mainly including planting sheds, refrigeration rooms, material yards, boiler rooms, maintenance rooms, cultivation rooms, and fire water ponds. The construction period remains 360 calendar days, with progress payments made monthly. The company stated that this adjustment is due to the overall coordination of transferred land indicators and project optimization, and does not constitute a breach by either party. The supplementary contract amount accounts for about 14.34% of the company's audited total operating revenue for 2025, and the contract performance will have a positive impact on future operating results.
