Weilong Grape Wine’s wholly owned subsidiary, Wuwei Weilong Organic Grape Planting, has been sued by Wuwei Cultural Tourism Development Group over a land dispute. The plaintiff is demanding the return of 20,073 mu of land and joint payment of 4.79 million yuan in liquidated damages. The case is currently in the second instance, with the appellant seeking to overturn the first-instance ruling. The earlier judgment ordered the subsidiary to pay 1.75 million yuan in damages, with 15,100 yuan of the 45,100 yuan case acceptance fee borne by the subsidiary. In the first quarter of 2026, Weilong Grape Wine posted revenue of 74.96 million yuan and a net loss attributable to the parent of 7.5 million yuan.
