WHA Corporation Public Company LimitedPM's China visit boosts AI/data center investment, driving land demand for WHA's industrial estates.

Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairwoman of the Executive Board and Group CEO of WHA Corporation Public Company Limited, or WHA, said the Prime Minister's visit to China from July 16 to 20, 2026 to attract investment in artificial intelligence and data center industries will be a positive factor for Thailand's investment climate and support future land sales in the company's industrial estates. For the business outlook in the second half of 2026, the company expects continued growth from the first half, driven by higher land transfers in industrial estates after first-quarter 2026 sales already exceeded 1,000 rai, with clear transfers and revenue recognition expected late this year. There is also support from the steadily expanding logistics business, with plans to sell additional assets or leasehold rights to the trust fund in the remainder of the year. WHA maintains its 2026 revenue and profit-sharing target at approximately 20 billion baht. Analysts at Yuanta Securities Thailand have a positive view on WHA shares, expecting clear profit growth in the second half of 2026 from land demand in data centers, semiconductors, and electric vehicle parts factories, with a target price of 5.60 baht.
