WHA Corporation Public Company LimitedWHART, WHA's trust, is investing 2.5076 billion baht in the WGCL IDC built-to-suit distribution center and raising 1.416 billion baht in capital, expanding its asset base past 56 billion baht.

The WHART trust is investing in the WGCL International Distribution Center, or WGCL IDC, a built-to-suit distribution center in the EEC area of Map Ta Phut, Rayong Province, with a total area of approximately 99,390 square meters, for a value of no more than 2.5076 billion baht, under a 30-year long-term lease. After the investment is completed, WHART will manage more than 2 million square meters of leasable area, and its total asset value will rise to more than 56 billion baht. For this capital increase, WHART will issue and offer up to 1.416 billion baht worth of additional trust units at a maximum offering price of 11.10 baht per unit, with an expected distribution of approximately 0.783 baht per unit for the 12-month period from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027, equivalent to a distribution rate of approximately 7.05% per year. Existing unitholders with subscription rights can subscribe between September 21 and 25, 2026, while the general public can subscribe between September 28 and October 1, 2026. WHART also leaves open the possibility of bringing Data Center assets into the trust in the future, if WHA develops a built-to-suit Data Center Park with tenants already in place.
