WhiteFiber, Inc. (NASDAQ:WYFI) reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $28.8 million, up 54% year over year, driven by expanded cloud services and the start of operations at its MTL 3 facility. Cloud services revenue reached $23.8 million, compared with $16.6 million in the prior year period, while colocation revenue was $4.7 million. The company posted a net loss of $15 million, or $0.39 per diluted share, reflecting higher depreciation and interest expenses from infrastructure expansion, and adjusted EBITDA of $5.5 million, up from $3.3 million a year earlier. WhiteFiber also announced that Justin Zhu has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Eric Lang, who will remain as a senior adviser. Management highlighted $865 million in contracted revenue over 10 years for 40 megawatts of capacity at its NC1 facility, with 20 megawatts currently available for customer deployment and the full 40 megawatts expected by the end of August.
