Wistron Corporation stock fell more than 6% on Tuesday after the Taiwanese server maker priced a $1.47 billion global depositary receipt offering at a discount to its previous close. The company set the price for 25 million global depositary receipts at $58.88 apiece, each representing 10 new common shares, totaling 250 million new shares. The issuance price was 5.5% below Monday's closing level, landing near the bottom of the marketed range. The new shares account for about 7.29% of the pre-offering share count, and settlement is scheduled for Thursday, with proceeds intended for foreign-currency procurement of raw materials. The fundraising supports Wistron's AI server expansion, including its new $700 million plant in Fort Worth, Texas, which produces Nvidia's GB300 systems and is expected to expand to the Vera Rubin platform.
