The company previously held a board meeting on July 30 to approve the participation in the bidding, with funds sourced from the subsidiary's own capital. The company stated that acquiring this land will meet the subsidiary's needs for research and development, production, and other operational facilities, enhance production synergy, and will not affect the normal operation of existing businesses. Subsequent procedures such as payment and ownership certificate processing will be carried out.
