Wolters Kluwer has completed its previously disclosed €80 million share buyback program, repurchasing 97,784 ordinary shares for €6.8 million at an average price of €69.86 in the final period from July 30 to August 3, 2026. The program, executed under a third-party agreement that began on May 7, 2026, has now been fulfilled. Year to date, the company has repurchased a total of 3,597,332 shares for €243.9 million at an average price of €67.79. The repurchased shares will be held as treasury shares and canceled for capital reduction purposes.
