Wolters Kluwer posted first-half 2026 revenues of 3.033 billion euros, with organic growth of 5 percent, as strong adoption of artificial intelligence solutions boosted performance. Adjusted operating profit rose 9 percent organically to 893 million euros, and the adjusted operating profit margin expanded 100 basis points to 29.4 percent. Recurring revenues, which account for 85 percent of the total, grew 7 percent organically, supported by 7 percent organic growth in digital and services subscriptions. The company highlighted that over 90 percent of US Enterprise Edition customers signed up for UpToDate Expert AI, and around 250 accounting firms subscribed to CCH Axcess agentic AI modules. Full-year guidance was reiterated, including margin improvement and high-single-digit adjusted diluted earnings per share growth.
