Xingye Technology announced on the evening of September 4 that the China Securities Regulatory Commission has decided to open an investigation into the company for suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations. Previously, the company had made a cross-sector acquisition of an indium phosphide business and at one point posted a rally of seven daily limit-up moves in ten trading days. The company said it will actively cooperate during the investigation, that production and operations are currently normal, and that the matter will not have a material impact on its production and operations.
