Xinhan New Materials released its 2026 interim report on August 27. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 241 million yuan, up 5.32 percent year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent company was 37 million yuan, up 3.76 percent, and non-GAAP net profit was 31 million yuan, up 7.31 percent. However, net operating cash flow fell 7.33 percent year on year to 31 million yuan. Among the company's three major business segments, specialty engineering plastic raw materials and resins remained the core revenue source, generating 99 million yuan in revenue, accounting for about 41 percent of the total, with gross margin rising to 36.05 percent. The cosmetics raw materials business posted revenue of 55 million yuan, up 16.78 percent year on year, but its gross margin edged down to 7.79 percent. The photoinitiator business recorded revenue of 42 million yuan, up 10.63 percent year on year. The company entered the PEEK resin production segment through acquisitions to build an integrated layout, but financial expenses rose 189.07 percent due to increased foreign exchange losses. Investment income of about 6.4 million yuan came mainly from structured deposits.
