XRP could have its biggest year yet in 2027, potentially surpassing its 275% gain in 2021, driven by the passage of the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act and growth in real-world asset tokenization. The Clarity Act would make it easier for banks to adopt Ripple's payment solutions, while tokenization of traditional assets could drive trillions of dollars through the XRP blockchain ledger. XRP has historically been volatile, with a 275% return in 2021 followed by a 59% loss in 2022, and is currently down more than 40% for the year. A 275% return from its current price of just over $1 would imply a price of nearly $4 by end-2027, which is within reach given it traded as high as $3.65 last year.
