Due to one serious defect found during a targeted inspection by the National Medical Products Administration inspection center for the product Bujin Tablets, posing a safety hazard, the company has decided to implement risk control measures of suspending production and sales for the production lines related to Shengmai Injection and Bujin Tablets. The affected products, Shengmai Injection and Bujin Tablets, accounted for 7.65 percent and 0.01 percent of the company's total revenue in 2025, respectively. The company stated that the risk control measures will lead to a temporary halt in production capacity, short-term supply tightness for some drugs, and product recalls will incur logistics and disposal costs, potentially causing loss of some market orders and disruption of terminal supply, further impacting current profits. However, this has not yet resulted in the invalidation of core operating qualifications or drug approvals, and will not directly trigger a delisting risk warning. The company has proactively initiated a level-three recall for the relevant batch of Bujin Tablets, with a total of 9,562 bottles produced and 2,400 bottles sold.
