Yongdong Shares said during an institutional survey on the evening of July 2 that its needle coke production unit is maintaining stable operation at full capacity, with strong downstream demand. The company restarted all needle coke pretreatment and delayed coking lines in January 2026 and has now deeply tied up with leading domestic lithium battery anode material companies such as Shanshan, Shangtai Technology, Xiangfenghua, and Zhongke Xingcheng. Meanwhile, construction of the 200,000 tonnes per year anthracene oil deep processing project is accelerating, with main facilities expected to be completed by the end of 2026. After commissioning, it will produce 190,000 tonnes of decrystallized anthracene oil, 5,000 tonnes of anthraquinone, and 2,000 tonnes of carbazole. The company is also advancing a 50,000-tonne wash oil deep processing project and building core technology barriers in high-end conductive carbon black based on multiple invention patents.
