Yongli Shares announced that former Board Secretary Yu Chenglei has resigned from the board secretary role due to a position adjustment, but will continue to serve as director, vice president, and chief financial officer. The company has appointed Yu Chen as vice president and board secretary. Yu Chen previously served as senior manager and vice president of the Investment Banking Management Committee at CITIC Securities, and also held roles as senior manager and vice president of investment banking at Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Underwriting Sponsor. Yu Chen has not yet obtained the Shenzhen Stock Exchange board secretary qualification training certificate. Before assuming duties, Chairman Shi Peihao will act as board secretary on his behalf. Yu Chen has already registered for the relevant training.
