Yongxing Shares announced that Chairman Zhang Xueqiu has resigned from his positions as chairman, director, and chairman of the Strategy and ESG Committee, as well as member of the Nomination Committee, upon reaching the statutory retirement age. The resignation takes effect upon delivery to the board of directors, and he will no longer hold any position in the company after his departure. Until a new chairman is elected, Director Zhu Xiaofeng will perform the duties of chairman on an interim basis.
