The total leased area is 33,700 square meters, with a lease term of 14 years. The total rent and property management fees during the lease period amount to 163 million yuan, of which the total rent is 130 million yuan and the total property management fees are 32.56 million yuan. JD Five Star Electric Appliances Group plans to open a JD Mall at this location. In the first quarter of 2026, Youhao Group achieved revenue of 437 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 21.13 million yuan.
