American Depositary SharesYuanbao reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of RMB 1.39 billion, up 30.1% from a year earlier, with net income rising 35.6% to RMB 413.2 million, a 29.7% net income margin, according to Chief Financial Officer Huirui Wan. Non-GAAP adjusted net income increased 32.6% to RMB 431.2 million, a 31% adjusted margin. Insurance distribution revenue grew 30.4% to RMB 457.4 million, while system services revenue rose 22.8% to RMB 881.9 million, and newly launched advertising services contributed RMB 52.8 million. The company ended June with RMB 5.16 billion in cash and cash equivalents, time deposits, restricted cash and short-term investments, up 50.9% from a year earlier and 8.8% from the end of the first quarter. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Rui Fang said Yuanbao upgraded its Super Medical Insurance series in June and expanded AI capabilities, with AI-assisted tools cutting settlement times by 41% for small claims below RMB 10,000; the company has repurchased approximately 114,000 American depositary shares for about $1.6 million under its previously announced $15 million share-repurchase program as of Aug. 31.
