Oracle CorporationOracle beat Q1 revenue expectations with 30% growth, raised full-year revenue and EPS targets, and maintained its CapEx plan.

Yuanta Securities (Thailand) said Oracle reported better-than-expected results for the first quarter of 2570, with total revenue growing 30% year on year to 19.3 billion US dollars. Revenue from OCI Infrastructure rose 121% to 7.4 billion US dollars after the company brought new data center capacity online much faster. The key point is that the AI backlog accumulated over the past year has begun converting into actual revenue. In a single quarter, Oracle delivered 850MW of AI capacity and more than 300,000 GPUs, with GPU utilization as high as 97.9%. At the same time, Oracle raised its full-year 2570 total revenue target to at least 90 billion US dollars, or growth of about 34%, and lifted its Non-GAAP EPS target to 8.10 US dollars. For the second quarter of 2570, the company expects total revenue to grow 30–34% and cloud revenue to grow 65–71%, while maintaining its 2570 CapEx plan at 90–95 billion US dollars. It expects Net Cash CapEx not to exceed 70 billion US dollars after deducting customer prepayments.
