Yum! Brands has appointed Steve Bratspies, former CEO of HanesBrands, to its board of directors effective August 26, 2026. Bratspies most recently led HanesBrands and previously served as chief merchandising officer at Walmart, along with senior roles at PepsiCo. He currently sits on the boards of Target and The Clorox Company. Yum! Brands Chairman Brian Cornell said Bratspies brings extensive experience leading global consumer brands and driving operational excellence at scale.
