Zalando SENarrows FY guidance despite strong Q2 revenue growth; net income fell.

German online fashion retailer Zalando narrowed its full-year 2026 guidance after reporting a 20.8% rise in second-quarter group revenue to €3.42 billion. Gross merchandise volume grew 20.7% to €4.91 billion, while net income fell to €73.8 million from €96.6 million a year earlier. Group adjusted EBIT rose 10% to €204.8 million, with synergies from the About You acquisition contributing more than €10 million. The company now expects full-year GMV and revenue growth in the lower half of the previously communicated 12% to 17% range, and revised its adjusted EBIT guidance to between €680 million and €720 million, from the earlier €660 million to €740 million band. Zalando said the narrower outlook reflects first-half results already delivered rather than a change in its assessment of second-half trading dynamics.
