Zelgen Biopharma announced on the evening of September 6 that its marketing application for a new indication of injectable human thyrotropin beta, trademarked Zesuning, has been accepted by the National Medical Products Administration. The indication is for use after surgery in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer without distant metastasis, to assist radioactive iodine in clearing residual thyroid tissue.
