Zhongyida disclosed its 2026 interim report. First-half operating revenue was 561 million yuan, up 11.90 percent year on year, but net profit attributable to the parent company was 34.73 million yuan, down 12.15 percent year on year, showing higher revenue without higher profit. Deducted non-recurring net profit was 35.32 million yuan, down 8.38 percent year on year, and net cash flow from operating activities was only 7.76 million yuan, plunging 88.25 percent year on year. Income tax expense reached 38.22 million yuan, more than tripling from 10.05 million yuan in the same period last year and becoming the main factor eroding profit. The company's non-current liabilities due within one year reached 781 million yuan, mainly from a 582 million yuan loan from Wengfu Group and a 200 million yuan loan from controlling shareholder Xingrong No. 4 Asset Management Plan, both maturing on January 31, 2027, posing liquidity risk. In addition, subsidiary Chifeng Ruiyang paid back taxes and late fees totaling 23.39 million yuan in July 2026, of which 23.23 million yuan was charged to current-period profit or loss, further squeezing profit.
