Jiangsu Eazytec Co LtdNet profit grew 142.79% due to cost cuts and a fair value gain from an investment listing, and the company responded to an SSE inquiry explaining the reasonableness.

Zhuoyi Information has responded to the Shanghai Stock Exchange's annual report inquiry, explaining the reasonableness of its 2025 net profit attributable to the parent company growing by 142.79 percent, far outpacing the 3.67 percent revenue increase, as well as the significant growth in overseas revenue. The company stated that the high profit growth mainly stemmed from cost reductions through personnel optimisation and a fair value gain of 38.8318 million yuan from the listing of Hengkun New Materials, an investment held by a participating fund. This gain was non-recurring, while the growth in net profit after deducting non-recurring items came from business structure optimisation and cost declines. Overseas revenue reached 135 million yuan in 2025, with IDE business accounting for 72 percent and firmware business for 28 percent, mainly from Aipuyang's overseas software licensing and Nanjing Baiao's firmware exports. Customers include DoraSistemas, Intel, and others, with good post-period collections. The overseas revenue growth resulted from the consolidation of Aipuyang after its acquisition in 2023, the overseas expansion of domestic firmware, and increased subscriptions to AI programming tools, and is commercially reasonable.
