Ziga Innovation Public Company Limited, or ZIGA, reported second-quarter 2026 net profit of 14.1 million baht, up 150.9% from the same period last year and up 204.9% from the first quarter. Total revenue was 142.1 million baht, an increase of 18.7% from 119.8 million baht in the same quarter last year. Results were affected by an accounting loss on digital assets of 3.7 million baht because the fair value of bitcoin declined at the end of the reporting period, but the bitcoin price has since risen to a fair value of 2.1 million baht per coin. Chief Executive Officer Supakit Ngamjitjaroen said the company is confident that the second half of 2026 will continue to grow, especially from the data center megatrend, as major customers choose the company's steel products, and the company has already received orders related to data center work. The company has only about 4 to 5 million baht of accumulated losses remaining in its financial statements and expects to eliminate all accumulated losses in the third quarter of 2026, which will make it ready to consider paying dividends by the end of this year or at the latest within 2027, with a dividend policy of no less than 50% of net profit after tax and legal reserves.
