Zoetis IncSecurities fraud class action lawsuit over false disclosures about product adoption and market share losses

A securities fraud class action lawsuit has been filed against Zoetis Inc. on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired Zoetis securities between January 14, 2025 and May 6, 2026. The complaint alleges that the company made materially false and misleading statements and failed to disclose that prescription growth for Librela was weakening following FDA safety warnings, Simparica Trio was losing significant market share to a lower-priced competitor, and dermatological products Apoquel and Cytopoint were also losing market share. On May 7, 2026, Zoetis reported first-quarter results showing a significant decline in its Companion Animal business, causing the stock price to fall 21.5%. Investors have until July 27, 2026 to seek lead plaintiff status in the lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
