The lawsuit, pending in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, follows a 32.78% stock drop on May 12, 2026, after ZoomInfo slashed its 2026 revenue guidance from a range of $1.247 billion to $1.267 billion down to $1.185 billion to $1.205 billion and disclosed that customer growth had regressed due to AI and agentic confusion.
