ZoomInfo Technologies raised its full-year 2026 GAAP revenue guidance to a range of $1.207 billion to $1.217 billion, citing second-quarter overperformance. The company also announced that starting later this quarter, customers that have historically used its per seat model will be able to access ZoomInfo's data insights, applications and agents via more flexible pricing and packaging built around pre-bought consumption. Second-quarter GAAP revenue was $310 million, up 1.2% year-over-year, with adjusted operating income of $110 million and a margin of 35%. Unlevered free cash flow reached $107 million, and the company repurchased 6.3 million shares for $28 million while retiring $58.5 million in senior notes at a discount. For the third quarter, ZoomInfo expects GAAP revenue between $298 million and $301 million and non-GAAP net income of $0.28 to $0.29 per share, with the consumption pricing transition expected to have minimal impact in the period.
