Product manager He Jipeng and his team drove the project from concept to mass production, overcoming the lack of any mature industry benchmark to balance overall dimensions, total weight, and structural rigidity. The team developed a proprietary multi-edge boom cross-section and optimized telescoping configurations after more than ten rounds of simulation, ensuring vertical and lateral stiffness while meeting weight-reduction targets. They also integrated turntable and chassis optimization, precisely reinforcing weak stress points and reducing redundant steel to enhance anti-fatigue and anti-overturning performance. He Jipeng said the award recognizes the team's progress in ultra-high-reach aerial work platforms and boosts confidence to continue breaking through technical barriers.
