ZQGame released its 2026 interim report. First-half operating revenue was 62.24 million yuan, down 36.5 percent year on year. Net loss attributable to the parent was 29.53 million yuan, widening from a loss of 24.65 million yuan in the same period last year. Second-quarter revenue was 30.59 million yuan, down 37.2 percent year on year, with a net loss attributable to the parent of 15.18 million yuan. The company said business adjustments led to lower cloud computing and gaming revenue, including ending its distribution agency cooperation with Huawei Cloud and halting the publishing and development of IAA mini-games. As of the end of the second quarter, total assets were 685 million yuan, down 5.7 percent from the end of the previous year.
