Edelson Lechtzin LLP is investigating a data breach affecting Everside Health that occurred at third-party vendor Aesto LLC. Aesto confirmed on May 26, 2026, that between December 2 and December 18, 2025, protected health information including Social Security numbers and medical records may have been accessed. The breach was disclosed to state attorneys general beginning July 31, 2026, with filings identifying at least 80,622 affected South Carolina residents, 22,210 Texas residents, and 1,562 Massachusetts residents. The nationwide total has not been publicly disclosed. Affected individuals are advised to review account statements and may activate complimentary credit monitoring through Epiq.
