Oklo recently acquired radioisotope producer Atomic Alchemy and has a 1.2-gigawatt system agreement with Meta Platforms in Ohio, though it remains pre-revenue and awaits Nuclear Regulatory Commission approval. Constellation Energy, the largest U.S. nuclear operator, acquired Calpine for $26.6 billion, doubling its footprint to approximately 55 gigawatts, and holds power purchase agreements with Meta and Microsoft. Vistra posted 30% growth in Ongoing Operations Adjusted EBITDA in its second quarter and plans to acquire Cogentrix by year-end after receiving Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approval. Cameco, the second-largest uranium miner with long-term contracts to deliver about 230 million pounds of uranium through 2030, holds a 49% stake in Westinghouse and mined 15% of all uranium in 2025.
