A $1,000 investment in Sandisk could be worth more than $2,400 by 2030, according to a projection from The Motley Fool. The company, spun off from Western Digital in February last year, has seen its stock surge more than 45-fold since listing, driven by strong demand for NAND flash storage in AI data centers. Sandisk expects its addressable market to jump more than threefold this year to $300 billion and reach $500 billion in 2027, with half of that revenue coming from data centers. The company reported $20 billion in revenue for fiscal 2026, up 175% from the prior year, and projects mid-to-high teens annual revenue growth between fiscal 2028 and 2030. Applying the U.S. tech sector's average price-to-sales ratio of 7.6 to a projected $77 billion revenue in fiscal 2030 yields a market cap of $585 billion, about 2.4 times its current level.
