The net loss after deducting non-recurring items is expected to be 39 million to 49 million yuan, compared with a profit of 2.0547 million yuan in the same period last year, with basic earnings per share ranging from negative 0.26 yuan to negative 0.33 yuan. The company explained that the main reasons for the loss include narrowing profit margins due to raw material price fluctuations, a significant year-on-year increase in inventory asset impairment provisions, and higher financial expenses caused by increased exchange losses from a weakening US dollar.
