Hualian Holdings' Argentine lithium salt lake investment suddenly faces Canadian security review

Hualian Holdings announced on the evening of August 16 that its investment in the Arizaro lithium salt lake project in Argentina may affect Canada's national security, and further review may be initiated. As of the close on August 14, Hualian Holdings' share price was 4.17 yuan per share, with a total market value of 5.854 billion yuan.
