Hubei Radio & TV and its indirect controlling shareholder, Hubei Cultural Industry Development Investment Co., Ltd., have been ordered by the Hubei Securities Regulatory Bureau to take corrective administrative measures for failing to fulfill a targeted capital reduction commitment on time, and the matter has been recorded in the securities and futures market integrity archives. Hubei Cultural Industry Development Investment had promised to complete the targeted capital reduction and industrial and commercial registration changes for Hubei Radio & TV's 16.67% stake by April 20, 2026, but as of April 24, 2026, the process had not been finalized.
